Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical properties black powder. Insoluble in water, ethanol. Dissolved in sodium sulfide solution is dark green; green and black precipitate in hydrochloric acid; blue in sodium hydroxide solution; slightly dissolved when cold in concentrated sulfuric acid, heated to darken green and blue precipitate, continue to heat to turn into black Blue, after dilution, green blue precipitate is produced. The dye is yellow olive in alkaline sodium hydrosulfite solution, and can restore the original color after oxidation; all fade in sodium hypochlorite solution. |
Use | Used for cotton and dimension/cotton blended fabric dyeing, also used for hemp, viscose fiber dyeing. |

use
1. black sulfide BN is a common dye for dyeing black of cotton, hemp, viscose fibers and their fabrics. The dyeing rate and levelness are both good. It can also be dyed with vulcanized reduced black CLG to get black black. It can also be used for dyeing vinylon.
2. Used for dyeing cotton and vitamin/cotton blended fabrics, and also used for dyeing hemp and viscose fibers.
production method
using 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene as raw material, hydrolyze under alkaline conditions to obtain 2, 4-dinitrophenol sodium salt, then add sodium polysulfide solution to vulcanize, oxidize, filter and dry to obtain the finished product.
